Introduction

How to best engage with the user with a series of Articles?

Brooklyn Digital Foundry is launching a new series of 12 articles to help Clients in the process of working with digital agencies. In addition to Medium post, we decided to create a website to hold the series of article.

Project created at Brooklyn Digital Foundry, in collaboration with Lindsay DeVellis, and leading a team including Margaux Tellier and Emma Boileau.

How to promote the best a series of articles.
Well the first brand the name of the series, then explain what it's talking about. What about promoting the latest article and teasing the upcoming one. But to fully experience this series, you can see the entire list of article.

Article

How to make an article look interesting? And How to engage users with it? Well, first of all, keep the article concise. Then Illustrate its content. While images wouldn't work for this project, illustration is a good fit. Adding Hierarchy and highlight through the definition module of the share this on twitter functionality. And finally sum-up for people who only want the takeaway.

Illustrations

For a better storytelling, we created a set of illustration custom to each article. We decided to keep the illustration style simple to keep the user focus on what's important, but enough detailed and engaging to invite the user to read the article.
